New Review Carousel Layout
What’s New: We’ve added a fresh new layout option to the Review Carousel Block! Introducing the Simple Card Carousel - a cleaner, more modern way to showcase reviews. Just open an existing Review Carousel Block, head to Layout Settings, select Simple Card Carousel, and choose how many review cards display at once.
Impact for Members: Gives members an easy way to refresh their social proof without rebuilding content. The new layout feels lighter, more modern and easier to scan - helping reviews stand out while keeping pages visually clean and engaging.
Exporting Form Submissions
- What’s New: TruSpeed now lets you export form submissions directly from the UI - no database access, no engineering help required. With just a few clicks, you can download a clean, user-friendly CSV and customize the file name and sorting before exporting.
- Impact for Members: Makes reporting, analysis, and sharing form data significantly easier. Members and internal teams can quickly pull submission data for reviews, audits, or performance analysis without bottlenecks.
Multistep Form - Now Supported Across All CRMs
- What’s New: Multistep Forms now supported on all TruSpeed CRM integrations. If CRM limitations were holding you back before, they’re officially gone.
- Why This Matters: We tested a multistep form with one of our CRO members and saw double-digit conversion lifts in that experiment. While results will vary by member and use case, the signal is strong - and now everyone can try it.
How to Use It: Break a single long form into smaller, focused steps using the new Form Field Step. You can customize buttons and add a progress bar for a guided experience.
Recommended Approach: Multistep forms can feel simpler and more approachable for users, but results can vary by audience and use case. If rolling this out for a member, we recommend:
- Confirming conversion tracking is in place (via Google Analytics) before launch
- Planning rollout timing thoughtfully - members with more forms will take a bit longer to implement, so setting realistic expectations upfront goes a long way
- Monitoring performance closely after launch to ensure there’s no negative impact on conversion rate
Smarter Date Picker Controls
What’s New: TruSpeed’s Date Picker field now supports additional date restrictions. Members can disable today or tomorrow, require advance notice, cap how far out bookings can be made, block specific weekdays (like weekends), or disable individual dates or date ranges such as holidays. Unavailable dates are automatically greyed out in the calendar.
- Impact for Members: Cleaner lead submissions, and less operational back-and-forth. Members can guide users to valid appointment dates from the start - saving time and improving lead quality.
Quick Wins
Small-but-mighty upgrades that bring extra shine, smoother experiences, and more design flexibility.
- Archive Block Blog Sorting: You can now enable sorting on the Archive Block for blog posts and pages. Add an optional sorting title and let users reorder content (e.g., newest first, oldest first) - making longer blog pages easier to browse.
- Anchor Links Are Here: You can now link directly to specific sections on a page or post. Just copy the anchor link from a block in TruSpeed and use it in a Custom URL to jump users exactly where you want them.
- Superscript & Subscript Styling Improvements: Superscripts and subscripts can now be rendered smaller and positioned more precisely (raised or lowered), making legal disclaimers, copyright, and trademark symbols easier to read. Simply highlight the text in the rich text editor and use the superscript or subscript buttons to adjust size and placement.
- Modal Size Options: Modals now support multiple size options, making it easy to create slimmer, more compact layouts when needed. Just choose your preferred size in the modal’s Settings tab.
- ADA Fix for Select Form Fields: Resolved critical accessibility issues affecting dropdown/select fields in forms. This improves ADA/WCAG compliance for members using select fields. A rebuild is required to apply the fix.
- Hero Heading Size Update: We’ve made adjustments to H1, H2, and H3 sizing to better differentiate each heading level. The result is clearer visual hierarchy and improved differentiation in hero sections.
- Column CTA Alignment Update: Text in Column CTA blocks is now vertically aligned across columns, creating a cleaner and more consistent layout.
- Time Picker Bugfix: Fixed an issue where selected times weren’t being captured in form submissions. Time Picker fields now save and display the selected time correctly in TruSpeed and lead notification emails.
Form Integration Updates
Less flashy, still important. These behind-the-scenes updates allow us to integrate with new members and improve data attribution.
JobNimbus Job Mapping Fix: Resolved an issue where form integration rules would break when mapping submissions to both Contacts and Jobs in JobNimbus. Forms using Contact + Job mappings will now route data correctly.
AccuLynx Trade Type Mapping Fix: Fixed a bug that prevented tradeTypes from being properly overwritten when using form integration rules. Trade types can now be mapped correctly as arrays, giving members full control over how submissions flow into AccuLynx.
