Position Overview
As an Account Executive at Truvolv, you will play a crucial role in our sales process—identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with prospective members to understand their sales and marketing goals, develop customized strategies, and deliver solutions that help them succeed. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and experience in the home improvement industry to effectively guide members in growing their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify – Identify and engage potential members in the home improvement space, ensuring a strong fit with Truvolv’s services.
- Consultative Selling – Understand each company’s business objectives, challenges, and growth goals, and position Truvolv’s solutions to drive results.
- Build & Close Deals – Develop tailored marketing strategies for members, present proposals, and successfully close new business.
- Relationship Management – Act as a trusted advisor for members, setting them up for long-term success and ongoing partnership with Truvolv.
- Market Engagement – Attend conferences and tradeshows (~2x/month) to network, generate leads, and represent Truvolv in the industry.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, account management, and leadership teams to refine strategies and drive member success.
- CRM & Sales Tools – Utilize tools like Monday.com, Google Suite, and AmpleMarket to track sales activities and maintain an organized pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field (Home Improvement experience highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, lead generation, etc.).
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel (~2x per month) for industry events and member meetings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with Monday.com, Google Suite, and AmpleMarket is a plus, but not required.
